I spent today helping my son and his friends build a garage,
and I am exhausted!
Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t really do too much at all, but
I was on my feet in the hot sun for the better part of the day. I’m just not
used to doing much of anything. Oh well, the sacrifices we make for family. It
is looking pretty good and by tomorrow night it should look like a building.
Well, one of Dr. Seuss’s buildings, but that’s a building…right?
I have been mulling over the learning process while I had
“down” time today and I can’t figure out just how it works.
You know, I am just too tired to write any more tonight. I
am so sorry if you wasted your time checking the blog only to find this.
Hopefully I will do better tomorrow, but all I can think of right now is just
how nice it will be when my head is gently caressed by my pillow. I am sure
that the Sandman is waiting for me just behind the bedroom door, and it would
be inconsiderate of me to make him wait, while other people are lying in their
beds tossing and turning. Don’t worry, I will send the Sandman very soon…
